Title: Health-related Behaviors in School Children (1986-1990) (Translation). This book narrates the origin, methodology, and principal findings of the Study on health-related behaviors in school children (abbreviated ECERS in the original), which has been carried out in Spain periodically since 1986. This investigation is part of an international study of the same name that is being carried out in Canada and in other European countries. The book begins with a brief chapter on healthy behaviors and how best to promote healthy behavior in a given community. The next two chapters narrate the key elements of the investigation, the nature of the broader European study, and the methodology employed in the Spanish version of the study.
