The edition gathers a selection of the innovative artwork of the local and foreign artists that participated in the 8th edition of the International Festival of Contemporary Art, organized with altruist purposes. Artist of the Year was architect and painter Elmar Rojas (b. Guatemala) recognized for his abstract-figurative style. Participating artist using multiple styles and formats included: Aníbal Alfaro (digital art), Marlov Barrios (watercolors), María Girón Bernard (terracotta sculpture), Guillermo Gutiérrez (photography), Marcelo Gutiérrez (photo-montage), Carlos Sol (ink drawing) along others who participated with traditional supports.
