Agreement, dated Dec. 4, 1807 in Mexico City before Ignacio de la Barrera, notary to the king, establishing conditions for repayment by José Mariano and José María Fagoaga, and Antonio Uzcola, of a debt owed to Ana María Manuela Tarbe, wife of Don Miguel Bachiller y Mena, legal counselor for the viceroyalty of New Spain. Payments made by Bachiller to the Fagoagas and to Uzcola, based on an earlier agreement, executed on Nov. 20, 1801 before the same notary, were found to be excessive. The present agreement specifies how the sum of 37,525 pesos, plus other [rental?] income from the last two years, will be repaid. The official copy is signed by the notary, Ignacio de la Barrera.
