This descriptive research survey type was looking to determine the knowledge level, attitude and perception of agriculture and science teachers regarding the use of the school farm as an instructional laboratory for both educators at secondary school level of the Mayaguez Educational Region of Puerto Rico of the Department of Education. A descriptive survey method with a validity questionnaire technique was used in this study. Ten agriculture teachers and fifteen sciences teachers participated of this investigation. The data analysis showed that agriculture teachers have a high level of knowledge of agriculture meanwhile, sciences teachers possess an average knowledge of agriculture and, both have a positive attitude toward sciences concepts. Agriculture and sciences teachers have an average positive attitude and perception of integrating instructional laboratories to school farm. Both teachers are available for integrating agricultural and sciences concepts in the school farm and they will have to develop instructional laboratories activities in the school farm toward this integration.
