16 Mexican authors, born in the 20th century, took part in the creation of this anthology. The focal point of their narrative being the bed -chosen as a symbol of the female condition as well as for its erotic and subversive sexual significance. Using the bed as the central element in these stories, the authors establish a connection where the readers can identify with the women that live in the stories, women that are trapped in the arms of an unknown lover, in games of seduction, in the discovery of the prodigious power of their hands.
