Resumen del Libro

The book presents the work of 50 artists who participated in the project Pinceladas del Maule celebrating its 10th anniversary. This initiative was developed by the university in 1995 and was designed to promote the plurality of art in central Chile creating a collection. Artists were given freedom to artistically express in formats and media their perception of Chiles national identity. Artists participating include: Concepción Balmes, Francisco de la Puente, Ximena Cristo, Tatiana Alamos, Matilde Pérez, Ulrico Welss, Ardí Wistuba and others.
