Rafael Rafa Garcia Garcia (born January 14, 1986 in Ciudad Real, Castile-La Mancha) is a Spanish footballer who currently plays for Rayo Vallecano in the Spanish second division, as a midfielder. After unsuccessful stints with Real Madrid (youth) and its neighbours Getafe CF, Garcia signed with another side from the capital in 2009, Rayo Vallecano. He made his first team debut on September 13, 2009, in a Segunda Division game against Girona FC (1-1 away draw).
