Six Columbian authors reflect on the relationship between art and ethnology. The notions of travel and representation allow artists and ethnographers to establish a dialogue on the urban process, the importance of the visual , our daily and unconscious life , the hegemony of western music over other regional or ethnic musical expressions and other texts where they create possible conditions in their imagined community.
