This reference book is intended to be a practical guide for the microscopic analysis of beers and grape juices/wines. The book will provide descriptions of specific techniques involved in microscopic evaluation in a winery and how to prepare/use microbiological media. A significant part of the book will feature photographs of microorganisms typically found in grape juices, wines, and beers as they appear under the microscope and as colonies on solidified agars.
