The exhibit presents the complete history of the Spanish architectural activity in the Río de la Plata region soon after the War of Independence and into the new millennium. Includes many drawings, plans and designs by Spanish architects that worked in Río de la Plata and of Argentinean architects working in Spain, from the 19th century architect Tomás Toribio, first academic that arrived from Spain to Santiago Calatrava and his pedestrian swing bridge in Puerto Madero(Buenos Aires).
