The diversity of nature and culture in Latin America represents a challenge to the regions architects, who give their residential constructions a distinctive character. The book presents a selection of Latin-American recent architectural production built in the outskirts of the cities as country houses, along beaches and summer houses, mountain houses and other proposals that reflect their creators awareness with the rich geographic and natural variety of each country. Selected examples from Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, México, Paraguay and Venezuela.
